There are many types of down payment assistance programs available today and GivingBack is continuously working to make the discovery process simpler for our community heroes.

 It can be very difficult and time-consuming to figure out which programs are available and if you are eligible as there is no one source for information. Programs vary by state and even by county. Currently there are four different models of assistance:

• Bond Program
• Grant Program
• Tax Certificate Program
• Second Mortgage Program at 0% interest for as long as you own the home.

GivingBack is working very hard to compile this information for our heroes on a county by county basis. Our local program directors help to compile the information.
